Tier 2 General vias Questions

Hello,

I have similar issue. I am on ICT T2 visa and my husband is on PBS dependent.

He recently joined an IT firm and they are willing to sponsor his visa and I would like to know the process this can be done.

1. Can the firm initiate the process now that he has already joined and has been working for 3 months. We both has spent 2.7yrs in the UK till now.

2. What does his employer needs to do next?

Does the employer have a tier 2 licence to sponsor someone on a tier 2 visa?

If they do have a licence, they will know what is required. How long you have been in the UK is irrelevant.
