Honestly I don't think " due course " wording means anything because my Eu wife received her coa on 30 January 2020 and it had same wording I just checked it.
She also received her pre settled status within 24 hours .
OK thanks for letting us know

Hi Guys,

I am EEA and brought my Non-EEA mum on a EUSS FP. We applied for her pre-settled status and this is our time line:

Submitted application online: 31st Jan 2020
Biometrics appointment: 3rd Feb 2020
CoA received by email: 22nd Apr 2020
Final decision: Still waiting...

I have heard if the relationship to the EEA is not know to the home office it takes longer. Is that true ? Does that mean our application will take longer to be processed?

Has anyone applied for pre-settled status for dependant parents that can share their ?

Thanks :)

Hi,

I did my biometrics in February 14, 2020 and got a COA on March 18, 2020. I'm doing a Lounes paper application so I believe mines will take a lot longer then the average non EEA person.

Hope that helps.

Could someone clarify my wife's situation?

She acquired a BRP in 2018 via SS route. We applied to brexit settlement scheme in January and received back a CoA a few weeks later.

She hasn't been asked for biometrics, I assume because we submitted her BRP and passport as evidence. Is this correct?

Just that everyone seems to be talking about having their biometrics taken, but she received a CoA without such a request.

I have the issue to prove my right to work. I have family permit (expires in April) and COA, but all employers ask me for pre-settled. I don't know what to do, I need to start to work. Is there anyone else in this situation? I applied on 20th of January and Coa recevied on 28tg of February. Nothing after that.
Hello Makicaaa

Have you received any update about your application ?

Same here.
I applied in mid November. Have coa and ecs. But employers are not accepting it as a proof of work.

Yes that's true
I actually spoke to them today and they've resumed work since last Friday and I didn't have to wait that long, the entire conversation lasted about 4mins

Unless they have a new number I can’t seem to get through to them, it keeps saying the eu resolution centre is closed.

Hey everyone,
Background on me: I’ve been in UK since I was almost 3 I am soon to be 24, I have applied for EU settlement as a NON EU Family Member through a family member my sister who is European.
I did my application in the space of about 2 weeks I was able to upload all my information and they only asked for my sister's name, DOB & nationality, she has dual nationality French & British I could have sworn I put her nationality as British but for some reason on the application it’s french and I can’t change it, but no worries. So I upload all my evidence for my residency with no problem however, when I tried to upload evidence to prove my relationship with my sister it wouldn’t allow me to, I tried so many times and it kept saying “There is a problem, try and select the continue or submit button again” I tried over serval days still the same issue I have emailed them and they still haven’t gotten back to me so I submitted my application the way it is and ticked the box that said if you can’t provide the evidence a caseworker will call you to figure something out. I have all the required documents, but it just wouldn’t let upload them. So now I am aware I have to book a biometric appointment before they process my application which I can’t do right now due to pandemic. They said I have 30 days to do some? What if I still can’t due to the pandemic what happens then? Will my application be rejected cos I couldn’t upload the document to prove my relationship to my sister? (I have the documents it just wouldn’t let me upload them) what do I bring to the biometric appointment other than my passport? Because on the UKCVAS website it says I have to upload documents; mandatory only my ID which I have done already. They said that you should receive a Access check list on what documents I should upload, but I have not received a check list and I’m seeing that there’s different service points. What is the difference between a core and enhanced service point, what does each one provide? How much does a enhanced service point cost? Because the closest one to me is an enhanced service point so I don’t mind paying depending on how much it cost. Will a caseworker contact me about uploading more evidence or will my application be rejected? My sister isn’t applying as she doesn’t need to, but I can prove her residency with no problem as she was born here and has been here her whole entire life. I know I am asking a lot of questions, but I’m very frustrated and anxious and kind of confused. Last question, once I’m able to book my biometric appointment and do so through UKVCAS will they send me a letter or email to show that I have an appointment or can I just show up? Thank you so much in advanced.

What nationality do you have? Why do you think you need to apply for EU settlement scheme?
