Decision Made on 20th March

Post by KASHIF830 » Mon May 04, 2020 11:52 am

Hi

I did send enquiry email regarding application last Monda and they replied after 2 days they sent me that Decision has been made on 20th March 2020. Bio was on 24th February Standard. And also got UKVI survey email on 16th April 2020 regarding application made. But due to Close all VACs passport can to be returned.

And from now it has been 6 weeks since Decision has been made don't know the outcome but have not got IHS fees back yet as well.

Any Ideas

Thanks 😊

I know it's tough being patient and having to wait not knowing when things will be resolved, but can't add much more than what the email says. The application centres are closed so they are unable to continue processing applications even if a decision was made and getting things moving again will depend on restrictions being lifted both in the UK and country applied from.
I'm just a guy on the Internet who immigrated to the UK. My opinions are based on my experience and interpretation of the immigration rules and should not be considered legal or immigration advice; your mileage may vary.

Thanks for quick response but I heared that IHS fees refunded automatically into account where it paid from and takes up to 6 weeks after Decision made if it is rejected? . I don't know on this case 😕. And it has been up to 6 weeks already.

An IHS refund can take longer. Some members have waited months for a refund.

That's the hope you should hold on to and at the earliest opportunity after life returns to 'normal' to receive your passport.
