English language requirement for FLR M

Post by Nilang » Mon Jun 15, 2020 10:40 am

Hi Moderators ,
My wife has complete grade 5 level3 GESE B1.1
English language test from Trinity college.

However now we have thought for her to apply for FLR(M) and by the time of end of period she can apply ILR(LR) in 10 year legal route.

1) can she use the same certificate to apply FLR(M) this year?
2)can she use same certificate to apply for ILR(LR) and will it expire then?
Thank you very much.

Thank you very much.
