Hello,
I’m due to apply ILR for my wife under Tier2 visa can anyone please help me With the documents needed in order to submit the application. I can not find a link to book an English language test,could anyone help me with the Website to book the test?

I assume she is a PBS dependant. She needs her passports, LIUK, SELT at B1 and cohabitation docs.

Thank you for your response, however, Wife has got Bsc Degree in English does she still needs to take English language test? Some one I know told me just need UK Naric Recognition? Could you kindly confirm if it’s correct.

She can score points in different ways like she can get NARIC to evaluate her degree but the SELT test is faster, easier and potentially cheaper

Could anyone please help me with the criteria to apply for my partners ILR from Tier 2 dependent. I was recently granted ILR from Tier2 sponsored visa, now I’m looking to file for my Mrs in next few months time.
Just need the list of documents.

2) 3 months payslip ?
Don’t know what else apart from you have already Mentioned example Cohabitation docs exam: Council letter Utility Bill
She never worked how does it matter.
Please can you clarify.
