CIMA is not a degree so you cannot use it for British citizenship. Meeting the English requirement is not, and never has been, mandatory or required for EEA route applications.Aamer saeed wrote: ↑Fri Jun 12, 2020 12:08 pmYes i do have a CIMA Level 4 chartered institute of management accountants. And i use my certificate when i apply for eea application.
What is your relationship to the EU citizen?? Married, unmarried, family member of an uncle.........??Aamer saeed wrote: ↑Thu Jul 09, 2020 6:56 amHi guys my question is i came in uk in 2012 as a student visa and its expired in 2015 and i apply for eea family visa which take around 2 and half year to get into me (it will expire in 2022 )and after i applied for settlement scheme under eea law and its been granted in october 2019 i am planing to apply for my citizenship in October 2020 (my question is am i eligible to apply for citizenship if i am granted settlement status under eea or do i have to wait for another 5 year for citizenship )really appreciate for your time on my post guys
What date did you get married to an EU citizen? How does this date relate to the expiry date of your student visa (simply stating 'expired in 2015' is very vague)?Aamer saeed wrote: ↑Thu Jul 09, 2020 8:26 amI have settled status (indefinite leave to remain under eea law ) and we are not together anymore. Unfortunately divorced happen in January.
You are not apply for a "passport"!! You are applying to naturalised as a British citizen. You can only apply for a passport once you are British, which is once you have attended your ceremony.Aamer saeed wrote: ↑Fri Aug 07, 2020 7:21 amHey sorry to bother you again. So my question is my passport is due on 10 October 2020 during that whole year i absent 25 days from Uk and from past 5 year its around 90 day's total. So my question is can i apply and when shall i apply ? 2nd question i have to travel on 20 October its that important but can i travel once i apply for my British passport. And how long does it take during covid 19 time frame ? Once again thanks.
No!!I have infinite leave to remain under the eu scheme . Me and my patner are not together anymore does it effect my ILR and naturalisation process
The 90 days absence in the last 12 months on ILR is ONLY relevant up to the date you submit and pay online. After this, your absences are IRRELEVANT!2nd question So if i am travelling on 20 October and i believe i can't stay outside country for more then 90 days so i been outside in October last year for 25 days and when the actual year account on the day i got ilr which is 10 October 2019
