Hi, I have been employed and sponsored by company A which is a partnership business. They are now planning to dissolve partnership and change that to a ltd company. However the employees will be transferred under tupe to another Ltd company B which have the same directors. The company B doesn’t have a sponsorship license but they are willing to do one. My questions are:
1. Can the company B apply for the sponsorship license before the tupe transfer takes place? If so would they need to submit any evidence of rlmt which company A did while hiring me? Or can they just mention that they are going to take me and that’s why they are applying for sponsorship license
2. On the application form should they mention my details ?
