I thought each application for ILR long residence considers as independent and must qualify own. Does a decision of the PBS dependent application for ILR long residence dependent on the decision of the main applicant's application for ILR long residence?

The main PBS applicant applied to ILR long residence through the standard route in February. By looking at timelines, It may take between 4 and 6 months.

Now super priority service is open. The ILR LR application of PBS dependent (Spouse and Children under 18) are due in the next week. If they apply an ILR LR through the super-priority route, their decision will be taken the next day while the decision is pending for the ILR LR application of the main PBS applicant. Is it ok to apply dependents ILR LR application through super-priority? However, the main application supports the financial and accommodation for spouse and children.

I mean, the decision of ILR LR of the PBS dependent can be taken before a decision of the ILR LR application of the main PBS applicant?

Each person applying for long residence most meet the requirements individually and their applications are processed as I dividuals. If super priority is available, you can use it if you choose.

How long have you lived in the UK?

Will apply 28 days before the qualifying period of 10 years. In the above question, what needs to fill 9 years 11 months or 10 years?

Just to confirmed that ILR LR has been approved (Super priority) for the family with children under 18 years.
