This is a new help desk services created by the Department of Justice. All registration, renewal and re-entry visa queries will now go to this address.

Hi,

It seems they also assigning the ticket numbers now, just for all the incoming e-mails.
They adding the words "Your ticket number is: {0000}" to the subject line of autoreply.

At least this looks like improvements in the processing of the queries...
