PBS dependent extension of a settled person (on ILR) in UK

Hello,

I came to UK in 2010 on Tier 2 ICT and got my ILR through ICT Long term Residency (10 years). My wife is in UK since Feb 2015 on PBS dependent and her current PBS dependent visa is valid till Sep 2021.


My questions:
1. Can we apply extension of my wife's current visa now till 2025 (until she completes 10 yrs)
2. If yes, which application form to use?
3. Or does she has to switch to FLR M spouse visa.
4. If FLR(m) - does her 6 years clock will be reset to zero?

1. No.

2. She cannot extend her PBS dependent visa.

3. Yes, she only has the option of FLR M, meeting the English and financial requirements, if you got ilr based on long residence.

4. Only her 5 year ILR clock resets.
