Switching job with 3years approved Skilled Visa to new employer

Hi,

1. I am working for employer X and have a approved 3yrs Skilled visa and its valid till year 2024 and if i switch a Employer B in skilled visa, do i need to pay for same fees again.
2. If i want to switch to new employer do i have to pay for 3 years visa fees only for Myself again and not the depndent?
3. In my case i have 3years visa and i have only used 2 months visa...so does my Current employer gets back visa fees he paid for me a it was not utilised completely?

If you change employers you have to pay visa fee and IHS again.

Your employer won't get a refund of the visa fees.

How about visa for dependent? do i need to refile visa for dependent as well if my sponsor changes?

No it will be valid till the expiration date mentioned on their BRP
