Qeustion regarding travel and hospital treatment history for PBS dependent extension

Good afternoon all,

I just got my ILR with help of this website (thanks everyone here), now my husband(main applicant) and kids(additional applicant) needs to extend PBS dependent visa, we are so confused by the applicationS. Anyone please help to clarify?


Timelines for my husband
A) 10 years ago - xx 2014 living in China
B) xx 2014 -xx 2014 country B - tourism
C) xx 2014 - Feb 2017 - living in China
D) Feb 2017- July 2018 - living in UK
E) July 2018 - Sept 2018 - visiting family
F)Sept 2018 - Now - living in UK

Timelines for my kids
G)10 years ago - Feb 2017 - living in China
H)Feb 2017- July 2018 - living in UK
I)July 2018 - Sept 2018 - visiting family
J)Sept 2018 - Now - living in UK


1.Travel history(other)
Have you been to any other countries in the past 10 years?

(Question 1:) For my husband, are A B C and E all fit for the question?
(Question 2:) For my kids, G and I are fit for the question?


Travel history(UK)
Have you been to UK in the past 10 years

(Question 3:) For my husband, are D and F all fit for the question?
(Question 4:) For my kids, H and J are fit for the question?

Personal information
Have you ever been given medical treatment in the UK
When did you start receiving this medical treatment
When did you stop receiving this medical treatment

(Question 5:) I really cannot remember all the medical treatments, where can I get it?
(Question 6:) Do I have to mention all the GP visit and hospital visit? What if I missed some of them?

I really appreciate if anyone can help me with the questions!

looking forward to any advice on the medical history question. it would be close to impossible to remember or find all gp visits!

Hello

I’m sure if you got ILR they probably need to extend FLR M visa and not pbs, I’ll let more senior members reply but my understanding is that they need to apply for FLR M. Wait for more experienced member to answer it.

You are completely incorrect with what you have stated.

A PBS dependent can extend their PBS dependent visas if the main visa holder received ilr based in 5 years PBS route

If you don't know the answer to a query, best not to post then to avoid confusion.
