Tier 2 PBS dependent after partner ILR

Hi all

Few queries regarding Tier 2 PBS dependent. If the primary Tier 2 holder has got ILR, what visa category will the dependent renew their visa ?
The partner has been on Tier 2 PBS dependent for 1 year 6 months and the visa is expiring shortly.
Should the partner renew as the same Tier 2 PBS dependent or another category considering the main Tier 2 holder is now on ILR.
If the dependent/partner now needs to change the visa category, then would it affect the 5 yr ILR requirement?

And let's say, the main visa holder gets citizenship in some time, will the partner dependent need to change visa category then again ?

Skilled Worker Dependent visa, provided you got ILR based on 5 years Tier 2.

They do NOT have to change visa category.
