Schengen Visa - Multiple Country Question

Hi All

I am planning to visit Switzerland this summer via road. I will use my car and travel from UK to Switzerland and spend 5-6 days there along with my family. I wanted to clarify:

Which embassy should I apply to? Swiss or the country I will enter first in my car i.e. Holland or France?
I do plan to stay in Holland/France for a night or two before traveling to Switzerland, which is my main place of stay.

The country where you will stay the most days is where you should apply to.
