I'm an Australian citizen who's married to a British citizen. We are planning on returning to the U.K. within the next 6-8 months, therefore I'll obviously need the right to work in the U.K..
Can I start a business in the U.K. whilst either working under a sponsorship/skilled migrant visa or with a spouse visa? The business would be in the exact same field that I would be working in if I was to get a work permit.
