Age Requirements Spouse Visa

are there any age requirements for spouse visa, for example you have to be of a certain age?
I am currently on PSW and want to bring my wife here

For Spousal Visa to the UK, you both have to be 21, this was put in place n November 2008.

Is there still a requirement to be 21 for dependant visas though?
