Spouses of British or settled persons are exempted from the ban specified in 320(7B). However, this does not prevent refusals under other rules, where appropriate.

rite..does that mean i can only applu after teh ban is over..is it??

n acc to u wat r the chances vinny..will tehy automaticaly rejct my fresh applicatn under general grounds..pls suggest..m reely confused..

You haven't left at your own expense more than a year ago and it has been shown that CCL documents were false to a high standard. I think it could be an automatic refusal.
