Post by Qurat Ul Ain » Wed Oct 06, 2010 12:36 am

Dear All,

Can anybody help me with my husbands case. Actually he came to this country in 2007 and then we both got married and he got his spouse visa in October 2008 and now he got the ILR.

Just want to know that when is the time to apply for natunalization?

Anybody help me please.

Regards,

Qurat Ul Ain

Qurat Ul Ain, can you say please ..... are you British?

The point is that a spouse visa could be issued to the spouse of a British Citizen, but equally it could be issued to someone who is not British but who is in the UK and has ILR or PR status. So which is it?
