Unlike Llyods bank Natwest will print the official statements in their branch, I know that because my wife's account is with natwest and they are ready to print the statements any time.

Have you ever asked them to print the official statement? instead of e-statements?
@ukpswstatus2 - The case workers email has clearly mentioned that if the missed or lost statements are not sent within a week of email, the application will be rejected as invalid.

If i request them for original statement by post, they'll take request and send after 10 working days... it can even be 14 days..

if i would have gone for that option.. then by that time the case worker would have cooly closed the file as invalid..

Also, if i ask for e statments, they said then can print it but will not sign or stamp it, it seems..
AFAIK natwest will print the official statements in their branch itself and no need to wait for them to send in post.

I don't understand what you are saying!!
@ ukpswstatus2 -

The statement which you receive in post is original and it looks very different from the one which they print in branch.

It's with letter head and the statement printed in branch is not with letter head. Ask your wife to show you a statement printed in branch and compare it with the statement which she received via post. You'll know the difference.

Furthermore, ukba will reject the application if plp submit the statement which Natwest print in branch and issue them ,if its not sealed and stamped.

To me Natwest said they can print it and can not sign or stamp as they no more do it. In that case, if i would have gone for that option i would have got my docs returned and visa will be rejected as application 'invalid'

UKBA accept the postal statement which is only original ( also postal statement doesnt require stamp or sign) and the statement printed in bank is not original.. hope you can be clear with this !!

In my case, they lost my postal statement and emailed me to submit the missing ones by post.

Neither of the statement suggests that anyone could use the topic / forum to advertise the FB group. You assumed so, without reading and understanding what is written.

Hi,

First of all I am a 'he' not a 'she'. I had applied on 31st March, UKBA received it on 2nd April. The biometric letter is dated 22nd June, I had lodged a complaint with the UKBA
2 weeks ago, I don't know if that made a difference. But I'm sure you should get yours soon as well. The UKBA has changed the processing times section so I think they are processing applications faster now.

PSW still waiting for BIOMETRICS!

Post by Irakli » Tue Jun 26, 2012 11:51 am

Hello guys, Please answer!

Me and my wife applied for Tier1 PSW (Me- main applicant, She-dependant) on 3rd of April (Documents were received by UKBA by 4th of April) We got acknowledgement letter on 9th of May dated 3rd of May. We still have not received Biometrics letter. Is it normal? how long will it take? And also when we ask in Post office they say that postal orders have not been taken yet by UKBA (not been cashed)! Is this end of the world?

Thank You

I emailed my MP at 11 in the morning and received a phone call from his office at 12:30. i forgot to mention my ref number. so they asked me for reference number and they told me we will ask home office the reason for delay and will inform you about their response.
