Queries on Form AN Section 3

Hi all,

Got my appointment with the NCS next week and just wanted to clarify something regarding Section 3 of Form AN.

I have just started full-time employment back in Sep 2013 hence haven't got my P60 yet. So not quite sure what I need to put down in "Q3.5 - Address of tax office or tax office reference".

Prior to Sep 2013, I was the director of my own limited company. So should for Q3.2, should I be ticking an employee? Or self-employed? And if so, I suppose Q3.5 would then be my personal Unique Tax Reference (UTR) number from my self assessment?

You can get the Tax Office details from your employer.

So should for Q3.2, should I be ticking an employee? Or self-employed?

You need to tick employee as this is your current situation.

I believe you should put UTR (Unique Tax Reference).

You need to put your employment details as they are at the time of your application, not what they were before September 2013
