Spelling Error in Place of Birth

I got my kids passport delivered earlier today and Milton Keynes has been spelled as Miltown Keynes.

We have a travel plan for February half term (mid February). Can one travel with this error on passport and submit for correction once back?

OR is is better to get it corrected first?

Re: ILR SET(O) application - Tier 1 Ent 200k -> ILR

Use the earliest date on a document you had. For absences, the absences in the first period should be calculated on a yearly basis and after extension, on rolling basis Thanks Zimba. Just for clarification. 1st period of leave = Initial 3 Years & 4 month 2nd period of leave = 2 Years of extension R...

Re: T1E200k Extension Delay due to COVID-19

I have a question regarding the documents I need to carry on the day of biometrics appointment. As long as your salary+ car costs have not exceeded the revenue generated at any time, you should be ok. So if you took salary in month 5, the revenue generated until that time has to be greater than the salary
Thanks! this clears up the confusion.

It is not possible to answer this without knowing about your business. Has the business been generating revenue ? When has the revenue been generated? and so on.
the business has been generating revenue from month 1 and have continued to do so every month since then.

What do you mean by"acceptable" expense? There is no such thing under immigration rules.
say I have invested 220k till now and have taken out 25k as Director's Salary and bought a 20k EV car, would HO still consider me to have invested 220k OR would they consider it as 175k?

You specify the hourly rate. Monthly salary/hourly rate = hours
so if I pay someone £1,200 monthly, I have choice either to show number of hours as (roughly 140) if I show hourly rate as £8.50 per hour OR I can show the number of hours as (roughly 145) if I show hourly rate as £8.25?

Job Creation Calculation when paying fixed monthly salary

Hi, I pay my employees a fixed amount on a monthly basis. My extension is due by mid July 2020 and would like to calculate if the wages are inline with HO guidelines of 30 hrs/week & 130 hrs/month OR whether I need a revision. How does the calculation work in case the employees are being paid a fixe...

I assume the period between the issue of entry clearance and entering the UK is less than 180 days.
Yes, I did enter within 2 weeks of the issuance of entry clearance to form the company & to collect BRP. Didn't formally move to UK till September 2017.

Not sure where you get that from. The PBS guidance says: 70. If the Tier 1 Migrant has been in the United Kingdom for 12 months or more , you must have £630 to support yourself. I agree but here we are talking about support/maintenance for kids (child). isn't it? Who is applying for a PBS Dependent...
