Yes!!!! This morning received certificate for my daughter!!! 200 was paid 13 march 16 October - got certificate.

I received approval for my daughter 12th march and paid fee 13th march. Till now didn't received certificate don't understand, is so difficult print this certificate and send by post like they did always??? Children don't need to attend ceremony, but still problems with print certificate

2 January 2019 they received, in march they asked additional documents, i must also explain why my daughter was absent from the state ( every school holidays in summer for 2,5 months) and yesterday 12 march we received approval with 200 EUR and 2 photo's). Cert will be during 6 weeks.
