Guys which CMU does sign approval letter? I have been on CMU 5 after vetting for 3 months? This is frustrating and depressing,,, No transparency in processing.
Your application gets assigned to a CMU team upon application. If you start at CMU1, you stay with CMU1 until completion.

Re: Declaration of fidelity is back?

Hi! Yes, other people including myself just received the same letter as you. This is very good news as I also thought I had to wait until December. I don't know how they will send the certificate to us but I assume with registered post. In my building the mailman leaves letters in the mailbox witho...

Congrats! How long did it take for the certificate to arrive after your payment was processed?
It took 9 weeks but that was due to a query on the first declaration of fidelity. I got that after 5 weeks and returned a second declaration. Then the cert arrived four weeks later.

Re: Citizenship Applications From 2020 Pending Approval

Wasn't given that option, this was after the letter asking for making payment within 10 days to be considered for June Ceremony. Was dated the 12th even though received much later, I made payment straight away so within the 10 days even using their date. The wording they use is very ambiguous, I im...

Re: Citizenship Applications From 2020 Pending Approval

I had exactly the same issue back in January.. I had to send declaration again and had to wait another 5 weeks to get certificate.. I'm half tempted to follow through with the FOI/GDPR just to see the dates on the form submitted as I'm sure they were the same. Did you think you had the same dates o...

5 weeks after turning around the declaration I just got a letter in claiming that the solicitor and myself had put in different dates. FIVE WEEKS to evaluate a form. Congratulations oakers. How long does it take you to get the approval from the date of your e-vetting disclosure? Not sure if that may apply to me as i only apply in January 2021.
I'd say it was about two months.

Just glad it's finally over.
