Let u make one thing clear a friend of mine was refused to attend the ceremony because she was late. So i agree with jeupsy u should get an early train, allow sufficient time to urself to get there, get some tea/coffee and relax. Whats the point stressing urself on such an important day of ur life.

A friend's personal experience is to send them a letter by registered post. He had similar problem and next day he received a call from the DOJ explaining the process and acknowledgement of his letter. So spend few bobs and i would recommend to send a registered nicely drafted letter.

30K is mandatory pay limit. u need 30 K pay. If ur salary is less than 30 K u r not going to get green card. i am saying it on the bases of personal experience. Good Luck

Sorry just a correction here, EU5 form is for the retention of your residence card and not for permanent residence card.

EUTR is very quiet these days, alot of applicants visa or temp visas are expired, 6 months time is over as well in few cases but no sign of letters from DOJ. I think EUTR is making some kind of new laws/regulations to make decisions on EU3 and EU5 applications.
