mate ur not alone in this, there is no way on earth you can convince them otherwise if they don't want to be convinced. I'm wondering how did they stamp the visa after they refused the case, did they ask you to resubmit the passport without any application or biometrics at the visa centre, did u have to make any appointment first ?

So that means even my sponsor does not need a liscence before i make ilr application next year, because i remember this whole liscensing thing started a few months later after i got my work permit in july 2007.
