UK residence Card processing time ?(Surinder Singh)

Hi ..anyone recently applied for EEA2 or know how long processing time is? We came to UK from Ireland after living and working there (Surinder Singh-I'm British) Entered UK without family permit and just applied for husbands RC. He got COA with right to work within a month.
