Well, she has sent her Indian passport to HO to show how name should appear in the certificate. It was mandatory requirement for correction.

Her surname has got two parts and only one part appears as Surname and the first part of surname is tagged with her given name

Just wanted to update you on my Naturalisation status. I have received the letter yesterday. Just in time before i go abroad . Phew!! That was close. I have also called up council and changed my ceremony date.
