Typical Processing time query - Tier 2

if you want to serve the notice period than the work start date in the new CoS should be the day following when you finish in your present job. Your new sponsor can assign the CoS to you at any time but CoSs must be used within 3 months. Don't resign until you have your new CoS AND your application ...
