hi zimba its not even a civil penalty just a civil offence and was given warning only no fine etc and even it happened after 3 months of his submission of application so he doesnt need to inform homeoffice right?

can an immigration advisor be used as a professional refreee and obviously not the one who is representing you with the case? can anyone tell me how long does it takes for the brps to come. the AR was successfull on 12/11/2018 and was recieved on the 14/11/2018 all documents includind the passports were recieved but not the brp's yet.

Seems to be a pretty straightforward CW error. But since you did not specify which jobs should be combined, you can't blame them entirely. But given that they somehow used one of the employees alone on Job 3, they can't really argue that. I am quite confident your AR will be successful. You just ha...

The case worker said u can’t combine two part time job titles to make it one full time job. Everything gets sent to Sheffield except passport and bio metrics as mentioned above. Everything gets sent to Sheffield, ONLY passport and Biometrics are submitted in applicants country. HI so the apendix 2 which looks like an application form is that only application form we submit to sheffield after doing an online application and submission of biometrics and passports abroad. or ...
