Re: April 2018 Restricted COS

Would be good if this issue was also in the lime light similar to the wind rush situation that has happened recently. I am not sure why the media is not covering the Tier 2 crisis story more intensely, as there is no doubt that the NHS is going to suffer and so are many other UK businesses. Removing...

Re: February 2018 Restricted COS

guys thats a great idea just email it to as many people as possible whom you see fit .

the content of the email once written would be the same , so it would just be a matter of adding more email addresses to the email itself.

the more people aware the greater our chances of success

Re: February 2018 Restricted COS

hi smitha, I was quite straightforward on the email basically explaining , that it is quite frustrating and that there are 1000's of us in the same boat, we have jobs but can't start for no fault of our own . I told them that if they dont want us they should just say so instead of making us suffer a...

Re: February 2018 Restricted COS

Re: February 2018 Restricted COS

I think it's fair to say the points didn't change much this month. This is worrying because it is suspected that February had more allocation than other months. March is pretty much a write off as there is such a small amount of spots for the month. I have 31 points and I don't even see much hope i...

Re: February 2018 Restricted COS

Apologies if my post has confused anyone. My agency confirmed that my points is 44. The reason for rejection is that my application did not score the minimum points set for this month's allocations. They were not able to provide further information on the threshold set for this month. By logic, def...

Re: February 2018 Restricted COS

I don't see 30's and 20's getting the cos even April or may. 40+ have a chance but if the trend continues and more NHS then even they ll have to struggle. Very unfortunate feel really sorry for those who have got hatrick of rejections. Hope there will be some change from April on the rule. what rul...

Re: February 2018 Restricted COS

this is really awful though ! I was hoping to be approved this month. still hoping for a miracle . I was seeing last years allocation for feb 2017 they had carried forward over a 1000 RCOs to march 2017 due to the lack of demand , can't believe so much change in only a year

Re: February 2018 Restricted COS

Does the rejection mention the reason ?! Like not meeting minimum points ? Yes the decision was based on the points just to confirm 46 was ur basic salary correct , you not taking into account bonus or relocation costs or any other costs right ? 46k was the salary with which RCOS was applied is 46 ...

Re: February 2018 Restricted COS

My RCOS was applied for the first time for Feb quota with 46K salary and non shortage occupation so 45 points. Re: February 2018 Restricted COS

If the person with 44 points who has been refused is wrong, and I hope he is, then this means that 35 and above have a good shot this month. Yes its still quite early and few of us in this forum have even waited longer than a months time to hear back from HO (myself included). The way I see it, tod...

Re: February 2018 Restricted COS

guys lets be hopeful so far the we can assume that scores less than 35 have been rejected with the one exception who said their application was rejected at 44 which was not 100% clear so lets hope for he best. it is still early days. there is a good chance we are getting our RCOS this month . I read...
