Our passports don’t get stamped but they have all the info on airline database when you check in to flights

I would advise you to wait u TIL Brexit. Although it will still remain common travel area in all probability but your wife will become spouse of non eu. Your wife may risk loosing U.K. residence and not getting Irish residence permit.

A friend who applied in July 2017 got his approval letter yesterday. He is not on this forum so thought to update here. Could you please state his country of born? Do you know if they have asked for GNIB card back . Otherwise he will not be able to travel till sept unless they are planning another ...

It’s a small ceremony. So there could be only one slot. The final invited would have to be sent latest by next Tuesday.
Its a complete guess. I have no info on the above.

If you are in Dublin book an appointment with inis for the week when your current stamp is expiring . If you receive the approval by then, you can take the letter to get the passport stamped. Otherwise ask for the temperory extension there. This way you will avoid any gaps between stamps that may ca...

Yes my wife got the 10 year stamp on passport and received irp card as well .(Actualy 9’years stamp as passport is valid for 9 years only.)

You can apply as technically this is Irish associations (related by blood). But it is ministers discretion if he will give two years discount. Generally these applications take long but you will have two years advantage here. My wife applied through Irish associations based on Irish children in July...

Thanks. We went to Dublin gain office for 4 month extension in nov . And today received the approval for 10 years. Lucky day today for us . Went to Burgh quay website and got the appointment for Feb in the first try. My guess is the extension was given by Burgh quay office and the stamp she received...

Got the Permanent Residence approval for my wife today. I’m U.K. citizen. She is on eufam. Eu3 applied in April 2018.
Hopefully will get her citizenship approval soon as well.
