hi friends :D Finally I got an email suddenly from a case worker yesterday saying my ilr is approved , as simple as that, and confirmed my address of correspondence for sending documents. 2 escalations, got usual 2nd progress update on tuesday, got several different comments from phone line staff, o...
The 10% probability of delay is just my own calculation. Before I applied, I had noted down all the cases reported here regarding success/delay using new service super priority and simple statistics told me that around 90% got decisions/letters/BRPs within a week. If we count also people who do not...
shah4404 and ilovebeatles this is regarding the comment that only 10% applications are delayed and 90% done in 24 hours. one personnel during the phone call told me that they are getting lots and lots of phone calls regarding delays in super priority and there are issues( dont know if he said that t...
Hi - I applied for ILR via tier2 general 5 year route on Nov 26th at croydon super priority and no decision yet. However I called the UKVI helpline few times and escalated my case. Today I received a call from UKVI and the lady said that unfortunately my application is still not assigned to a case ...
I got a call today and they left a voicemail as I was unable to take the call due to a meeting and they said that i will be called back again. I am dreading the thought of them saying the same thing to me as well. Hi - I applied for ILR via tier2 general 5 year route on Nov 26th at croydon super pr...
You might have to check if your extension in Jan 18 is still PBS dependent or dependent of the settler (as you said the main applicant got ILR a year ago) because the latter would change your status hugely. No I am tier 2 dependent. As per the new rules from 2012 a tier 2 dependent needs to stay in...

No I am tier 2 dependent. As per the new rules from 2012 a tier 2 dependent needs to stay in uk for 5 years before applying for ILR and should continue as tier 2 dependent until they finish 5 years or more as a dependent; irrespective of the fact that the main Tier 2 holder completes 5 years and get...
Badhodar - T-2 switching and ILR have different checks so is not the same. T2 Switch does not entail 5 year of HMRC tax /NI payment assurance, does not have absence criteria, switching from t2 to t2 same category does not involve English language proof, police check are different like simple cautio...

I think it is totally random how things are being done. The new system is probably causing problems and there aren't proper methods of escalation established I am assuming. That bit about checks and HMRC etc. is not true, my application is extremely straightforward. 5 years with 1 employer and 3 mo...
Called again today at 10:22 am and they found my previous escalation and have escalated again today. Not sure if the escalation does anything but one can hope. But yesterday, they have told me that now they cant escalate again as it was already done 2 times ( 3rd Dec and 10th Dec) and as i have rec...
Applied online & did biometrics on 1 Dec at Machester Central Library Application is SET(O) under 5 years' Tier 2 route with "Super Priority" service Escalated twice on 4th and 10th December. No news until now (12th Dec in the morning). same for me , applied on 26th november. no reply. no issues wi...
For all your information, i just called the number. the lady at the other end said that if i have received an email from home office, now i have to wait for 4 weeks and only call back on January 10th. she was very rude and told me that she is not there to reassure and go on to complain if i want to.
i called the home office and they said it was escalated only yesterday! so it is going to take 3 to 5 days for the decision to be made and 10 days for brp to come through. i could have applied for the standard service ,. Mail9, can you get a refund? As a general question, if the 24 hour time period...

Sorry, I just read your story on the forum "ilovebeatles". It''s been an hour since that email and I haven't received anything from caseworker or anyone for that matter. Do you reckon I should call them again and ask how is this within service standards? i have had that exact email once when i esca...
