Continues one year mean u don't have any gap between your Visa, some people need Visa renewal every year.
Second if u stay more then 6 weeks outside state u better have good explanation. They want to know why u stay outside country for long time.
Both above issues are different.

I have no problem with that. Any person who obtains citizenship in a fraudulent way, or supports any kinds of terrorism, should have their citizenship revoked. Thanks max307.. have valid Stamp 4EUFAM till end of this year.. divorced last year and submit Retention EU5 application in Sep 2018.. I believe EU5 application used to retain rights.. means your rights are not clear and they are validating.. the concern is on airport they can ask and refused to ent...

Retention is not the reason when mostly Pakistani and Indians was applying for long term stamps? They was smart, they knew if they apply retention they wont get so some lucky people got long term stamps for while but now department know this trick as well. I believe EU5 application used to retain rights.. means your rights are not clear and they are validating.. the concern is on airport they can ask and refused to enter as rights are not sure/confirmed..
