When do I actually need to take the Life in UK Test?

Before my 1st extension? Or before ILR?

I’m on my first 2.5 year on spouse visa.

Re: Update on my application

Have you opt for “keep my passport”?. Yes I paid extra $75 to keep my passport as I needed to travel. I didn’t inform them of my travels after the application submitted, I hope it is okay. They will find out after I submit my passport. I just hope I get granted the visa. Question: will the vignette...

I was sternly warned that I was not allowed to work on this visit.
Does that mean your clock for ILR did not start on that trip?
Did you have to enter again the next time with the sponsor?

Can you please elaborate on this? When do I choose the Centre, during application? Or after first failed delivery?

Hi Waleed Could I ask how you checked the docs were uploaded? Cohabitating: foreign sources

It is possible to count foreign sourced evidence for cohabitating in UK address?

For example, Australian Tax Notice sent to our UK address? Or Australian bank statements sent to us in UK with UK address on them?

Re: Refusal based on lack of evidence (although the evidence was supplied)

I checked this morning, and the documents they requested are on the system. It’s the same concern I have. I uploaded the documents and I checked...

Understanding Visa Expiry Date

few quick general questions: Spouses get 2.5 year visa then renewable for another 2.5 years. Why do I see people talking about 33 months? Where is the 33 month given ? Is it the expiry of BRP? Or I need to count 30 months from entry stamp even though the brp may be valid for longer? Applying for ext...

Overcrowding question

We jointly own 2-bedroom 1-living room Spam bathroom flat. We are husband, wife, and 2 sons. In this forum, I was advised by some people that the living room is counted as a room, hence 3-room sufficient for 5 people. No problem, and thanks to all for clarification. It is only 4 of us, and that's ho...
