Your situation is unique but I believe HMPO wont issue you a Passport if you hold an existing uncancelled Passport from another Country. So, you will have to cancel/renounce your Italian Passport/Citizenship [Not sure if this is possible] and then apply with your Naturalization certificate and get y...

Yes. I had signed part 1 and wife signed part 2 and part 3 was blank for our kids.

You can apply online. Once you fill in the Passport application form, it will let you know the next steps and documents needed.
