if the accounts statement is genuine I dont think the wording is going to be a problem the numbers matter more. is the company registered. is your friend the only shareholder ? - i.e is there documentation for that how is the funds from the company's business account transferred to the personal bank...

i am not an expert - but i think it does not matter if you are unemployed when you on tier-1/HSMP as long as u have maintenance funds
- ie for dependent visa so at the time of application if your are unemployed you can declare so

how long is your visa valid ?

its correct that p60s are not so vital as to affect the decision. UKBA have access to the information and could find out your work history from your NI number. some of the documents are for cross-checking the information they already have

My advise would be start with an umberella company and see how it goes for sometime. if your work/part time work is continous and you see yourself doing it in the long term switch to limited company at that stage
