you mean 25th of January, no Feb :)

agree with the rest though - appointments on-line are available at the end of the week and there are lots of them (for SET O single) - several dates and with 4-5 times (8.30 - 11.30)

try www.multimap.com
it has option for parking (google doesnt have it) and also a birdeye view - much more easier than satelite. street view on Google isn't 100% complete

it's not coutned from the date on your FLR but the date of your 1st entry to the UK on your original WP

correction: the date of your PEO appointment should be the 29th day.

i think they do that anyway and you can apply for citexenship when you qualify for 5 years total residency - not 1 year from the date of ILR

I’m not sure what exactly have you won? Appointments were available on irregular basis which is still the case. There’s nothing available on-line during the day (work) hours which is still the case. And all appointments (if any available) are still only 6 weeks ahead – not 9 as advertised on-l...

Schengen visa for 1 year costs under £40 and gives access to nearly 30 countries! How on earth did they come up with £230 for visitors visa?

Re: ILR

Hi
which PEO did they give you?

vg1 wrote:Hi,
Just to let you all know that I got my appointment this morning after ringing 08706067766 for March 4th.
Much easier than applying online and it shows no appointments available mostly.

All the best

Re: What will happen if my ILR application (WP 5y) got rejec

it was discussed here before - any paid leave is not counted towards 180 days absence so if you have say 25 calendar day off from your employer then take them off the total number. all dates need to be listed in the form but marked accordingly. I highly doubt it. Even if the days out are on paid le...

why not? people with gaps have to extend their stay to make up missed time. your visa is covering additional required period. i'm on the similar dates with you but my entry clearance under HSMP was for 1 year when yours was for 2. i'm not sure why. they started giving 2 years visas only after 5 year...

call UKBA. if they can't tell you you can risk and go to PEO in March or pay solicitor to insure secure case.

if you take the risk pick the PEO that reviews the documents before you paid. at Croydon you pay and then get checked i think.

do more search on the forum.

if you were paid in the UK and paying tax and NI then you can apply in March.

in any case i'd call a PEO and asked. they were very helfull with getting my date correct so i don't apply before 28 days before arrival (not visa issue date)

if appointment was booked for a single person then you can not add anyone else. this will require a new bookinig. if you make a booking for a dependant separately from the main applicant then it'll be only his/her appointment which will cost additional premium services cost. even if all apointments ...
