no rules broken. just make sure you have every possible evidence to prove your case. all appeal documents and Tier 2 FLR approval letter from HO. i'd also prepare a cover letter to explain the situation and put all dates in order. in case it is a non straighforward case and they have to take your do...

vinseh that's good :) i used to live 5 miles from Croydon, now a bit ferther, but we're still shopping there time to time. lots of coffee shops and generally good shopping and you can leave all it in your car when heading back to the HO center. i hope they don't really mind when people turn up a bi...

HSBC doesn't do that

they only print out your statment which says "Temporary Statement" and that's it. HO should live in real world :)

i'll ask them for supporting letter for HO but not sure they'll do that either

employer can and should issue you a copy of P60 upon your request.

the document will be clearly marked as "COPY" and you still have to provide supporting evidence ie payslips/letter from the employer

just got all my docs out of the folders - have about 5kg to carry to the PEO with me :lol:

i wonder if payslips should be signed by company? they all look like a simple print out just have company name and some of my details (name, SAP number etc) but not signed or stamped....

i don't see anything in your 1st post regarding dates overlap

if your WP2 was approved in time of starting your new jop then it isn't a problem.

you mean 25th of January, no Feb :)

agree with the rest though - appointments on-line are available at the end of the week and there are lots of them (for SET O single) - several dates and with 4-5 times (8.30 - 11.30)
