And as far as I am aware, you cannot have a dual nationality with Indian Passport, once you become the British Citizen there is some time limit (that I am not sure) to surr...

Vary wife's application to FLR(M), you have to pay the IHS Surcharges, plus proof of you earnings of around £18600 (without any dependant), plus 6/12 each person proofs that you are cohabiting.
And request them to hold the decision until the Main Applicant's application has been decided.
