Let's not jump to concussions about the OP's post. How might you feel if you were in a situation and asked a question No offence intended. However, I think it is important to point out problems and I never sugarcoat things. What I wrote is directly relevant to the original question, and considering...

Sorry, unfortunately I can't help you much with MN1 - I have no experience with that. As for the other points: Jesus, this is scary....I didn't expect that. Relax, you have PR documentation - normally this application should be a piece of cake. That is the beauty of EEA3: a cheap (free!) way to erro...

yes loosers. u need proof of id and proof of address. u dont need to have visa. Wrong again. A person who want to marry either a British citizen or an EEA national requires entry clearance (fiancé visa or an EEA Family Permit). A person who is subject to immigration control can only give notice at ...

Please disregard those loosers that are trying to discourage you.Of course you could get married (...) Go to the registry with your partner and book a wedding date with proof of address and identity and they will advise on next line of action. All the best! Loosers, eh? I am afraid it is you who doe...

A single FPN will not do any harm. If you got it recently you should be careful not to get a second one, or you will be forced to wait a year. See here for more details.

It says "delete if not applicable", so - assuming that it is not applicable - do not tick, but (cleanly, with a ruler) cross it out.

after my marriage to an EEA in 2009 who has her British Citizenship now. (Sorry I had forgotten to add her British Citizenship) You earlier wrote that you two applied together - now what is it? If you confused HO in the same way, it is no wonder that they rejected your application. In any case, fro...

Re: 3 years or 5 years requirement for British Citizenship

The 3 year rule applies if married to a British citizen, not to an EEA citizen. Read section B of the booklet BN7, as advised by the HO. Since you did not exercise EU treaty rights (as spouse) for 5 years, and are not married to a British citizen for 3 years, the UKBA is right, as usual.

Re: photo and Prescription Glasses

The photo studio should be able to take a picture of yours with glasses on without reflection. I had provided the photo with glasses on for form AN. And one without for British passport. Technically, glasses are allowed even for passports (see here and here ). However, there must be absolutely no r...

Re: do date different date formats matter?

My professional reference marked date as 24/JAN/2013. AN application guidelines say all dates should be as 24/01/2013. Will this be problem and requires a change? No. The date is still clearly recognisable and unambigious. That page is probably not machine readable, so what. An application will not...

One council that takes Saturday appointments is for example West Berkshire (surcharge £20). It might be helpful if you specify in which region you live. The full list of NCS centres is here.

Re: thank you all for important helpful infos

if i made a application in may(which is 3 years is up), and refused, does it mean I can not make furthure application in like 5 years? 10 years or something? No. You are only banned 10 years (they don't call it that way, but that is what it effectively is) for "concealing the truth", i.e. if you de...

Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 2012 >1 year: you conviction spent <3 years: cause refusal >3 years: not cause refusal Firstly, there is no such thing as a "Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 2012". If you look at the wording, all they changed was basically to introduce more room for discretion. Okay, let me put things as simply as I can. I understand common assault is a serious thing, but on the new rule , it clearly states that for non-prison conviction , you only need to wait 3 years, and u can apply.
