Re: Employment Pre 6th April 2014

Was the £155,000 paid to the previous owner for the lease, effectively buying a 'property'?

Have you transferred ANY money from an account in YOUR name to the business?

Is your wife's account only in HER name?

How did you prove the £200k for initial application, in YOUR bank account?

Re: NCS asking for NARIC confirmation for english language

You don't need to submit anything but HO can ask for it if they want to see it.

You cannot submit the degree without the NARIC ELA.

Re: Changing name during the Naturalization process.

Brexit will not affect British Citizenship LAWS. Brexit will affect EU migration.

Not sure how it would work to change your name as I assume you don't have a foreign passport? Do you have a travel document?

The 90 days is relevant to the 12 months immediately before date of citizenship application not 2 years ago.

When do you plan to submit the application?

Re: Long Residence ILR granted what about dependents

FLR(M) and she/you need to meet all the requirements. She needs English A1 from an HO approved test provider or NARIC ELA if she has an overseas degree.

You/her need to meet the £18,600pa financial requirement (assuming there are no dependent children as then it is more)

Re: HELP No Transfer Leave STAMP and Immigration Health char

IHS is NOT payable for NTL or for ILR applications. You are not making a visa.

I believe it is a BRP you will get as they no longer issue vignettes in the passports within the UK but I stand to be corrected.

You only need to submit what the form asks for. Anything else will likely not be looked at as HO will do their own checks anyway.

Re: Do I need full 5 years council tax receipt for ILR appli

It is not mandatory to submit proof of council tax for ILR. A lot of people live in properties that are 'bills included'.

However, what your friend did is illegal/fraudulent.

No. These types of threads very quickly become completely out of hand, run into 100's of pages and are a nightmare to moderate.

He or spouse has to show that they meet the requirement with 6 months payslips and bank statements. If he has lower or varying amounts, HO will take the lowest value payslip to base their calculation on. If the wife has extended her PBS dependent visa, when does this expire? Might be worth waiting t...

My Line Manager - British, Director or the Company 2. My colleague - British I've worked in the same company for 5+ years now. Thank...

Re: Mother's visit visa

Probably highly unlikely given that she has applied for settlement type visas twice before and been refused both times. HO don't believe she will leave the UK.

Visitor visas are very rarely granted if there is ONE settlement ADR visa refusal, let alone two refusals.
