You should note that India does not allow dual citizenship. Thank you ...

Read the answers to Q32 again - carefully. I tried but could not think of a scenario, if you could explain it would be really helpful. I can understand the second point of the answer but that is not applicable in my case. Apart from that I am not able to think of a scenario where my son's stay woul...

Thanks Amber. Hence, in this situation as he does not have any of those, what are his options: "Could he use his daughter birth certificate even if he is not applying for her daughter visa". In worst case scenario, he will get ILR but he would need to get Tier 1 extension for his wife and later app...

postal ILR app delayed, can i apply for BC before 12 months?

Hi guys, I am asking this on behalf of a friend. His ILR took a little over 10 months to approve, HSMP+Tier1(G) under SET(O). Re: TV License - Good character

Yes, I know, but I don't watch it at all, laptop, phone or TV set; I just don't watch it, so even if they come and have a way to check, they can't prove that I watched TV, because I hasn't, so i can't be convicted; my concern was if they would reject it just if they were told that I hadn't paid the...

You need to provide cohab docs for the last 2 years - not 5. Also the docs must be from 3 different sources. The on...

Do you not have any documents even in single names for those 7 months? Bank statements, credit card bills?..... You documents should spread over the the 2 years. As you have documents earlier (first 3 moths) and later (last 14 months). I think you will fine. You don't need to worry. Give documents ...

Thank you my friend for the prompt response. Just curious and wanted to stay informed to help others. Can you please explain how does they calculate the 180 days period? They are calculated backwards for each year from the date of application. See Q-17 http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewtopic.php...
