Local branch should help, try to find decent person from staff and ask for print outs, they do this in exceptional cases, bear in mind they should be on bank headed paper, stamped and signed. Generally banks should do this with no hassle for last three months.

Good luck.

Examples like - CW asked for P60, CW asked for Accountant letter etc.. are abundant in this forum. Again it might depend, I am not saying they do not speak to people at all but according to the latest stories, they just tell people to hand over everything and to come back in certain amount of time....

In addition I think this is what makes people anxious about documents and they end up collecting and providing unnecessary documents.

I think everyone would agree that if CWs would ask for particular set of documents for each of the categories, that would make life much easier for both sides.

If evidence provided is insufficient, then in both cases you would normally be given the opportunity to provide it (or in some cases we have seen postal applications where the decision has been a refusal, resulting in the applicant either reapplying or appealing the decision. That's was my point. F...

Premium Service feels wrong

Hello folks, Perhaps it is just me, but I have got an impression that the only difference between postal applications and in-person ones is time, the rest sounds similar from the posted success stories. You are just dumping contents of your folders and decision will be made on basis of documents/evi...

Where did you see that? They have amended numbering of questions in Section 6 and corrected typo in Section 7 (6A->7).

There does seem to be a discrepancy between the immigration rules at http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/policyandlaw/immigrationlaw/immigrationrules/part6a/ and the guidance notes - the guidance notes are written as though the part b of 245AAA did not have 'tier 1 General' listed along with Entrepre...

For Tier 1 it's not required but for WP holders you need to show that you've been employed for the entire period since your visa was issued on the condition that you would be employed by a certain employer.[/color] Thanks for answering, can you please pr...
