[ Hi Peterpan, Are you sure we are allowed to do that. How about the 12 months residency requirement. I know in the past that was not required or HO was not too bothered about it. I have many friends who applied after their ILR and got their application accepted during 2010 to 2012 without waiting ...

The Highly skilled variety was invited to come here, did not depend on the Govt for any public funds, be it housing or any o...

Re: Hi Peterpan81

My timeline is not very different than yours. Straight forward case of BC spouse with no niggles. I emailed citizenship support and was surprised to receive a reply within hours. I should think that they start working on applications in the order they get them. I don't see why they wouldn't. It wouldn't really make sense for them to receive an application in March and just leave it until May. I think some people have delays because they might need some further checks on the...

The Other Q I have if you look at the first few pages in the Naturalisation timeline thread, people used to call the HO to get updates on their cases after one -one and a half month from application, I presume you could still do that ?? Anyone experienced that, or called the HO to have an update ove...

It is understandable that it all depends on the case worker dealing with the case at the end of...

For people using NCS service do you call them to check? When you applied via NCS you should've had a tracking number given and t...

Don't worry, be patient. Some people had to wait six months for a reply. Only 7 working days passed since UKBA received your application. Normally it takes about 2 weeks to debit your account. If everyone kept phoning for such trivial issues, UKBA staff wont have time to process our applications an...
