Re: UKVCAS use same email address

Hi sjagdesen

I just found your time line, it was super priority application that’s why it was quick, and it was not the long residence application .

Congratulations 🥳

Re: UKVCAS use same email address

Hi jagdeshan

Nice to hear that you have got your ILR Approved.
If you don’t mind could you please share your timeline in relevant ILR (LR) thread.

By looking your previous posts on 11th February you mentioned you are going to apply, so getting decision on 1st March is quite quick.

Thanks

Re: 11 days short of 10 year residence for ILR application

the rules says that you can apply 28 days before you eligible or your leave is expiring, therefore you can apply 28 days before your completion of ten years, its nothing to do with your finger prints.
its the date of application not the date of finger prints for any decision making process

Re: ILR - 10 year long residency route

Thanks Zumba for your input. One last question is my wife’s 10 years will be completed on 20 January 2021, my questions are 1) How early she can apply for ILR 2) what’s the earliest possible date she can apply? Iam not good in calculating days if any body tell me the exact earliest date on which I c...
