You can, as can anyone in the world, but you can't trade in the UK through it.

Re: Family visitor visa - Long terms Doubts

You'll struggle to maintain 6 months in every 12 in the current environment, visits are now seen as a few weeks max not several months which is now construed as attempts to settle/reside.

Re: IHS CHARGES GOING UP

Look at this this way, me as a UK citizen and many others have paid into the NHS system for many years (nearly 40 years in my case) contributing how much I've no idea, probably well into six figures. Average NI payments in UK are 10% of earnings, say £2k pa conservative estimate, so I can see no pro...

Who really owns UKVI which controls immigration?
All the Govt contracts, go straight to SERCO, the largest company in the world, that operates in secret.
They are the old 'East India Company', resurrected once again
Utter bollocks.

Don't worry, Ukraine doesn't allow dual nationally away so either just give it up or carry on - I know Ukraine won't even consider you as British unless you do give up Ukrainian citizenship. Their problem let them deal with it. If it's any help my Russian partner is/was Nadezhda but she is now Nadez...

Re: VISA FOR MY DAUGHTER - HELP PLEASE

We have been advised to go via this route - FLR(FP). Its a visa based of Private Life. She qualify for it but it is a 10 year route. Hence, I came here to ask if there are any other option. That's for people already in UK without leave. There is no visa to suit you needs unless you have $$$$$ or ar...

Not sure FLR is the correct application unless you Irish husband is a dual UK/IRL citizen.

Why didn't you apply for an EEA Family Permit?

A 23 yo is an adult - she can only qualify under her own terms, not via you or your marriage.

So that maean student visa (very expensive) or work permit (very onerous).

Re: Entering northern Ireland after tier 5 via republic of Ireland.

UK-Ireland is internal travel within the CTA, hence no stamp and no immigration check. Believe me, as I deal with short-term CoS for non-visa nationals all the time; I've previously had clients who sought out officers to stamp their passports on return to the UK from Ireland - they were told that i...

Don't forget your partner will need a work permit to work in Europe, ancestry visa only allows work in UK, her employer might not have considered this.

As long as you can show you can afford to repay the mortgage no problem. However being on a transient visa would mean being lumbered with higher interest rate and a larger deposit being required. There are lots of specialist mortgage brokers about, you just need to use some search nous in Google to ...
