Re: E vetting and citizenship application

If E-Vetting letter is received, is that an indication that all documents are okay and have been accepted and the person is eligible for naturalization (given that E-Vetting is successful & the person completes the rest of the process)? I don't think so. I think any applicant can still be refuse ce...

Re: Citizenship Applications From 2020 Pending Approval

Has anyone non-EU who applied from Oct-Dec 2020 got approval? I'm aware from this forum EU people have started getting approval already, but the non-EU line seems to be forever stuck in June/July despite e-vettings being completed :( I applied in Oct 2020 - Non-EU & I did not receive the E-vetting ...

My reading of the guidance is if applying for first child passport cannot get a passport card. None of passport applications that I did for three children gave me option of getting passport card. Assume will be an option in several years when I renew them.
Oh i see. Now i undertstand. Many thanks

The years do not need to be continuous. Do you mean he can use: Bank statement dated in 2011 Bank statement dated 2014 Bank statement dated 2020 Is that correct? I did not say that at all, the OP never gave those dates. If he had given those dates, he would not have received that response from me. ...

The law is that in the last 4 years prior to naturalisation, you should have a total of 3 years residence in the state. The final year should be contiuous residence. But you are then allowed to chose any 2 years in the 4 years preceding the naturalisation application. You certainly cannot choose 20...

@johnpromise01 thank you so much.

I was wondering if you could let me know which solicitors you used? I would appreciate it.

Kind Regards
Unfortunately members are not permitted to post details of solicitors on the forum. You can Google details of some solicitors in Dublin. Good luck.
