After 11 weeks, I have received my approval letter on 21st of Dec 2018 (just before christmas), here is my timeline.

Date application sent : posted on 04/10/2018 Special delivery
Document received by HO : 05/10/2018
Payment Debited : 08/10/2018 £2389.00
Ack email received on 12/10/201/8
Biometric Letter received 13/10/2018 enrolled on same day at Portsmouth post office
email received that case is still pending 12/11/2018
another email received case is still pending 11/12/2018
Approval Received : 21/12/2018
BRP Card Received : waiting Its says will receive in next 7 days
