If he is your son and
not your spouse’s, then I think his application is independent from your her’s. If he satisfies
297, etc., then I think he may not need to pay IHS?

Hi everyone,
I’m trying to apply for my wife a spouse visa and my son and my concern is about the financial requirement!
I work for recruitment agency which is temporary work but I have been with the same agency for 6 yrs and we don’t get offered work contracts, last year 21/22 my annual salary was £51000 and 22/23 from April this year have made £12200 so far and my estimated salary this financial year is £51000 again, can I still wait to submit my application until I hit the £18600 in the few months time or I just use the payslips for this year and last year and P60 for the last financial year to apply ! Please help

Can you address and correct the errors in a cover note.
When the application is cancelled, automatically the IHS fee gets refunded to the card that was used in paying, though this may take up to 6weeks.
Therefore you may have to make new IHS payment for the new application while awaiting refund of the previous.

That may be a challenge by itself. The Home Office support line is out-sourced to a third-party contractor. So, if you were to call them, you will not actually get to speak to somebody at the Home Office.

Calling will be a tall order. Getting your call picked up and given appropriate information is another hurdle. If you can get the funds, pay new ihs and reclaim the former.

What is your actual question as your previous post shows you know the financial threshold to be met and got response and links to go through from vinny.

Thx a lot amazonianx, please help me with the final answer , as per my last post, I’m working with an agency and they said they can’t give a figure for my annual salary but I have worked with them for the last 4 years, from April todate which is 3 months earned £14400 and last year earned £51000 plus is that okay to pass the financial requirement
