UK Spousal Visa renewal date query.

Hi all, I am looking for some advice re: my wifes upcoming UK Spousal Visa renewal.

I am a British Citizen and my wife is Mexican. We recently had a baby girl born here in London and have already received her first passport.

My wifes first Spousal Visa expires shortly on April 18th 2018 so we need to apply for the second part (5 year route) soon.

I have a worry as at my place of employment (A restaurant) the Operating Manager will be changing soon so which will mean although my job and place of work will stay the same my wage slip will say from a new employer which could cause me problems. I have been employed where I work for exactly a year now and earn 40k per annum.

I would like to apply for the visa renewal ASAP but cannot see a rule that says when the earliest is that I can apply. Can anyone tell me when this is please?

On what date did she enter the UK on her spouse visa?

hiya, she entered on the 11th August 2015.

any knowledge regarding this will be gratefully received.

From 11 February 2018 and before expiry of leave.

Preferably before the fees are expected to increase on 6th April 2018?
